Uppinangady : 2 women injured as Bolero plunges into gorge

Puttur, Aug 3, 2013 : Two women sustained injuries when a Bolero vehicle fell into a 20 feet deep gorge at the Neeraje curve near Uppinangady.
The vehicle was heading towards Uppinangady and the mishap took place when the driver lost control over the vehicle.
The women from Ramakunja village who were injured have been admitted to a private hospital in Puttur.
The Bolero driver Sudhaker escaped with some minor injuries.
