Addressing the protestors, Advocate Sumana Sharan said that the design of the Nantur circle is not correct and this matter has been brought to the notice of concerned authorities, but nothing has been done. The circle has been located in wrong place and this has made the commuters as well as the pedestrians difficult to cross the roads. If this has not been resolved, the residents will stage violent protest in the coming days.

Another resident Vasanth Kumar Shetty said that during the peak hours, commuters are strangled in huge traffic jams. The gutters which are above the road levels allow the rain water flow on the roads.

He also mocked at the engineer by saying that he must be given national award for his innovative and unscientific design.

Eric Ozario, President of Mandd Sobhann and Social activist Gerald Towers also spoke on the occasion.

Sharath Kumar, Ramesh Kandettu, Ritesh, Vasanth Kumar, Azeez, Jayashree K, Ramesh Kumar, Bharat Kumar, Mukesh and others were present.
