Mangalore, April 12, 2013 : Four persons have been arrested by the police in connection with the recent murder of Prashanth alias Pachu, manager of Sri Adhinatheshwara Roadlines in Mangalore.
It has been reliably learnt that the arrests were made in Kumble. It may be recalled here that Prashanth was brutally hacked to death by a gang of nearly eight persons near the Mangala Bar at Valencia on April 7, Sunday.
Those arrested are Naveen alias Pili Naveeen, Praveen Kalladka, Munna Uppala and Bhavanishanker from Bajal. Of the four, Bhavanishanker is also an accused in the case of the murder of Ramakrishna, the administrative officer of KVG institutions in 2011.
The police who acted on a tip off have also recovered a gun, our swords and the car used to execute the murder plot.
