Mangalore, June 18, 2013: MP Nalin Kumar Kateel has said that the BJP will launch a movement against the anti-people policies pursued by the Congress government in the state.
In a press communiqué, Nalin lashed out at the government for hiking the KSRTC and BMTC bus fares by 10.50 and 15 per cent respectively. This decision has hit hard the common man, he said.
On the frequent hike in petrol prices, the MP said this too has dealt a severe blow to the lay man and would subsequently lead to a hike in the prices of all other essentials. He warned that the BJP would launch a statewide movement if the government did not come to the aid of the lay man.
He further urged the government which had made Aadhar cards mandatory, to also make suitable arrangements for the public to register their names to avail the cards.
