Mangalore, April 24, 2013: Land Trades, the well known real estate developer of the city today launched "Atlantis", a super luxury apartment project situated adjacent to Colaco Hospital, Bendoorwell.
P. Jayaram Bhat, managing director and CEO of Karnataka Bank Ltd., laid the foundation stone for the project. M A Rasheed, Deputy General Manager Corporation Bank and Naveen D’souza, Coporator of Bendore Ward were the guests of honour.
The project was blessed by Swami Nithyananda of Veda Veda Patashala, Chikmagalur, Fr Antony Serrao, the parish priest of Bendur, and Aziz Dharimi, an Islamic scholar.
Jayaram Bhat released the project brochure and then unveiled the project "Atlantis". Jayaram Bhat in his presidential address said that the Atlantis project is a first of its kind with two modes of living - the exclusivity and privacy of an independent villa and the convenience and security of an apartment.
MA Rasheed observed that there are vibrant activities in real estate business and Land Trades proprietor Shrinath Hebbar has come out with excellent projects like Atlantis, Maurishka and Ourania.
Atlantis is the most ambitious project of Land Trades so far. Atlantis will feature 40 super luxury apartments spread over 14 floors. These include three-bedroom apartments of 2955 Sqft and 3030 sqft and 5-bedroom duplexes of 5400 sqft with provision for adding a home theatre / bar / study room. The project seeks to combine the spacious feel and exclusivity of a villa with the convenience and security of apartments.
