Land Trades projects get CRISIL rating; ‘Atlantis’ launch on Apr 24

 Mangalore, April 22, 2013 : Land Trades Builders & Developers has announced the launch of their new project ‘Atlantis’ super luxury apartments, near Colaco Hospital, Bendorewell  on April 24 at 9 am. Jayarama Bhat, Managing Director & CEO of Karnataka Bank Ltd.,  will lay the  foundation and preside over the function. M.A. Rasheed, Deputy General Manager, Corporation Bank and  Naveen D’Souza, Corporator of Bendore Ward will be the chief guests.

CRISIL rating : He also said that three projects have been allotted star ratings by CRISIL. If Sai Grandeur  (Completed Project) and Ourania are given Mangalore 7 Stars  rating, Maurishka Palace (ongoing project) is given Mangalore 5 Stars rating.
