Kundapur, April 6, 2013: A young woman has reportedly committed suicide by coming under a moving train at Kalavara. The deceased has been identified as Sumitha (22), daughter of Harianna Poojari of Asodu. She was working as an Anganavadi teacher in the village.
Sumithra who was quite normal on Friday night had dinner with her family members but was found missing later on, After an intensive search her body was found on the railway tracks about 50 meters away from the house with the head separated from the body.
Disgust in life is learnt to have driven the young girl to the extreme step.
Kundapur police have registered a case.
