Hindu Jagarana Vedike to hold massive Hindu Yuva Samavesha

Mangalore, Oct 4, 2013: Hindu Jagarana Vedike, Kannur will organize a massive Hindu Yuva Samavesha at Padil Junction on October 6, Sunday at 4.30 pm, to mark the 150th birth anniversary celebration of Swamy Vivekananda.

Speaking at the press meet held at Press Club on October 4, Friday, Satyajith Suratkal said that Swamy Vivekananda had build up a reputation of the country in the world, through his culture, thoughts and life style. Through his spiritual power, he has encouraged many youths in bringing a feel of patriotism in them. Hence to respect his love and sacrifice, the convention has been organized, he said.

He also said that as a part of event, the vedike will hold a massive Bike jatha from Pumpwell at 3 pm and reach the venue.

Sri Rajashekarananda Swamiji will deliver the benedictory speech. State convener Jagadish Karanth will participate as the main speaker and Businessman Janardhan Arkula will preside over the event.

Kishore Kumar, Vasudeva Gowda and Subhash Padil were present.
