Mangalore, Jun 9, 2013: The first graduation day ceremony of the Hidayah-Mesco Arabic Academy, a unit of Hidayah Foundation was held at IMA Hall on June 8, Saturday. Prof. M Abdul Rahman, former vice chancellor, Calicut and Kannur Universities, presided over the function.
UH Ummar, Director, Campus Care Academy said Arabic language should be promoted and learnt to understand the Holy Quran. He also informed that Hidayah Foundation, in association with MESCO Hyderabad, has successfully trained 23 teachers in the course and have now been placed as Arabic teachers at various schools and institutions.
Khasim Ahmed, Chairman Hidayah Foundation, Dr CP Habeeb Rahman, Chairman, Unity Academy of Education, also spoke on the occasion.
Graduation certificates were given to first batch of twenty three teachers who obtained ’Diploma of Education in Arabic Language’ (DEAL) of the Academy.
