The marriage of a man from Adyar  with a woman from Siddakatte  was held at the bride’s house at Siddakatte and only 25 people were allowed to be part of the wedding by the local gram panchayat.

However on Tuesday a video of a DJ party wherein young men and women were dancing  by flouting all norms,  had gone viral on Tuesday. As soon as this came to the notice of the Deputy Commissioner he had instructed the Tahsildar to file a report. Accordingly the Tahsildar secured  information from Adyar PDO and  then a complaint was lodged at the Mangaluru Rural Police Station against the newly married man for organising the party.
