The  rising cases of theft of cattle have given sleepless nights to  many who rear cattle. In a latest case,  thieves had stolen three cows from the cattle shed of Muchur Vidyadhar Hegde. When police complaint in this regard yielded no result, Hegde approached Mangalore MP Nalin Kumar Kateel.
