MLA Lobo campaigns for Poojary at Alake, New Chitra Talkies area

Mangalore, April 10, 2014: Mangalore South MLA JR Lobo was on a brisk campaigning spree near the New Chitra Talkies and Alake area in the city on April 10, Thursday.

The MLA met the local residents and other people and requested them to cast their votes in favour of Janardhana Poojary, the Congress Candidate from DK constituency.

Addressing press persons on the occasion, Lobo claimed that the Congress campaigning team has received a very positive and good response from the electorate during its door-to-door visit. He also struck a note of optimism when he said Poojary would win the elections with a thumping margin.

Continuing, Lobo said if elected Poojary can effectively highlight the problems of the region in the Parliament and promised that the Congress would develop Dakshina Kannada as the second best district in the state.
