In new video message, Khalistani terrorist Pannun threatens to blow up parliament on Dec 13

New Delhi, Dec 06, 2023: Khalistani terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun released a new video threatening to attack the new Parliament building on December 13 in response to an alleged failed murder plot to kill him.

December 13 marks the 22nd anniversary of the attack on the Parliament building.

In a video featuring a poster of the 2001 Parliament attack convict Afzal Guru with the caption ‘Delhi Banega Khalistan‘, Pannun said he would respond to the failed conspiracy by Indian agencies to kill him by attacking the Parliament on or before December 13.

“My Response on 13 December Will Be In Contrast To 2001 Afzal Gurus Resistance Against Extrajudicial Killings of Kashmiris But is going to Still SHAKE the very foundations of India’s Parliament. Delhi BanayGa Khalista’,” Pannun said.

According to top intelligence sources, Punnun is not only threatening but also trying to recruit people for the execution of the attack.

The US, UK and Canada are trying to understand how a terrorist is provoking sentiments and trying to repeat the terror attack on the Indian Parliament.

Pannun’s threat comes as Parliament’s Winter Session is underway. The session will go on till December 22. Security agencies were put on high alert after Pannun’s video surfaced.

Indian origin Nikhil Gupta for alleged murder plot of Khalistani separatist leader Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, an American citizen. Gupta was arrested by the Czech Republic authorities in June 2023 at the request of the US as he was travelling there from India.

The US Department of Justice charged him with “his participation in a foiled plot to assassinate a US citizen of Indian origin in New York”.
