Mangalore, Nov 3, 2012: Sai Beach Nursery, a project by Sai Landscaping/Sai Garden, will be launched on Nov 4, Sunday near Panambur Beach at 10:30 a.m.

Addressing reporters at Press Club, Panambur Beach Development CEO Yathish Baikampady said that Sai Beach Nursery is a new concept, the only one of its kind in the twin districts. The nursery will display a wide range of medicinal plants, ornamental plants, bonsai plants, garden equipment, and several other varieties of herbs and plants. Sai Beach Nursery is also promoting the concept of vertical landscaping and specializes in creating unique bonsai plants. They also deal with irrigation system, he added.

Sai Beach Nursery owner Nithesh Suvarna said that this project is his dream come true. Stating that he was always interested in plants and gardening, he said that he later began a landscaping project and undertook more than 200 landscaping works in the twin districts. He expressed confidence that his new project will be a great success.

Ashok Mendonca of Mendonca Associates, a professional landscaping architect, will inaugurate the new nursery.

The guests of honor will be D. K. Shareef, retired deputy superintendent of police; Fr. Ferdinand Gonsalves, principal of Lourdes Central School in Bejai; Yathish Baikampady, CEO of Panambur Beach Development Project.
