Route march by cops in Suratkal, Udupi

Mangaluru, Sep 19, 2023: A route march was taken out by the police under the leadership of City Police Commissioner Anupam Agarwal at Suratkal police station limits on September 18, Monday in connection with Ganesha Chaturthi and Miladunnabi.

 

Armed CRPF personnel, Rapid Action Force personnel, police personnel and officers of Panambur sub-division took part in the route march which began from the Fiza grounds at Krishnapur and continued till Ganeshpur.

Apart from City Police Commissioner Anupam Agarwal, Crime and Traffic DCP Dinesh Kumar, Mangaluru North ACP Manoj Kumar Naik, Suratkal Inspector Mahesh Prasad, Kavoor Inspector Gururaj and others took part.

In Udupi too a route march was taken out on Monday from Bannanje and passed through city bus stand, service bus stand. KM Marg and concluded near the Mother of Sorrows Church.

Udupi sub-division DySP Dinaker PK, Malpe SI Manjunath and others took part.
