PM Modi applauds Mangaluru’s tech-driven organic waste management in ‘Mann Ki Baat’

New Delhi, July 28, 2025: Prime Minister Narendra Modi, during the 111th episode of his popular monthly radio program ‘Mann Ki Baat’, lauded Mangaluru’s exemplary organic waste management system. He appreciated how the city effectively manages waste using technology.
“In Mangaluru, a multifaceted effort is underway to process organic waste with the help of technology. This model serves as an inspiration for other cities,” the Prime Minister stated.
Highlighting the significance of locally developed technology-based solutions in Mangaluru, PM Modi congratulated the city for its commendable role in successfully implementing the Swachh Bharat Mission.
