NIA officials in Kadaba in search of Margao blast accused

Puttur, Sep 19, 2013 :  The National Investigation Agency officials   are  in Kadaba of Puttur taluk in search of a man from  Noojibaltila village, said to be wanted in connection with the Margao blast of 2009.

 Sources  said the accused named Jayaprakash alias Jayanna (42), son of Kattathadka Somarajan has been reported missing since long and the  officials  gathered information  about him  on September 18, Wednesday.

 

 

Even the posters bearing the photograph of Jayaprakash were posted on the walls of the Revenue Department office  in the town by  Raja Subrahmanya and U Purushottam, NIA inspectors from Hyderabad.

 The officials have informed that the NIA was on the lookout for three accused in the case who are still at large. The accused  Jayanna, an electrician by profession had  left Noojibaltila eight years ago and was  later seen in Mulki as a driver of the Sanathana Hindu Dharma Prachara Samithi. He is named as one of the accused in the Margo blast case.

Jayanna is said to be an electrician by profession. He is married and has a child.
