Mangalore, Nov 29, 2012: The Foundation stone for Deepa Grandeur, a 5 star hotel and Divya Deepa Heights, a residential cum commercial complex laid at Kodialguthu East at M G Road, Mangalore today, November 29, 2012. Sri Harikrishna Bantwal welcomed the gathering. Sri Ramesh Kumar, Managing Director, Janata Construction company gave a brief introduction of both the projects. Addressing the gathering, he said that he is immensely happy to develop the first five star hotel with world class facilities and grandeur in 25 floors structure. Ramesh Kumar further said, that the basement stretches with 400 covered car parking while the ground floor has an exquisite 24 hours coffee shop. The 5 star hotel has an entrance lobby of a massive 6250 sqft. The hotel has an exclusive restaurant for vegetarian food covering 1750 sqft with separate kitchen. The hotel has 9 lifts with 16 passenger capacity, whereas on the first floor, the hotel also has an exclusive non vegetarian restaurant of 6200 sqft, a specialty restaurant of an area of 3,250 sqft and a lounge bar of 1750 sqft.
