Mangalore, Sep 10, 2014: Premier Konkani cultural organisation Mandd Sobhann has announced the 6th global Konkani music awards in six categories and invited applications/recommendations for the same. The categories are — best singer male/female — 2013; best lyricist — 2013; best music composer — 2013; best music arranger — 2013; best music album — 2013.
Any Konkani vocal music album released in 2013, by anyone from any part of the world, is eligible for this award that consists of Rs 25,000 cash each, the coveted title, a trophy and public honour. For rules and details, contact: Kalaangann, Mangalore.
