Mangalore, Sep 4, 2013:  ‘Sai Prem’ yet another prestigious venture  by Land Trades Builders and  Developers has been launched. The foundation laying ceremony for this residential cum commercial project to be located at Mannagudda in Mangalore, was laid on September 4, Wednesday. Sri Nityananda Swamiji of Chikmagalur performed the rituals.

Shrinath Hebbar, Managing Director of Land Trades,  KC Naik, Managing Director of Mahabaleshwara Promoters and Builders,  Pushparaj Jain, Managing Director of Abhish Builders and Chairman of CREDAI-Mangalore, Shashidhar Hegde, Naveen D’Souza, Bhasker Moily, Ashok Kumar DK, Corporators, Krishna  Shetty, Structural Engineer and others were present on the occasion.

Sai Prem is a  ground plus four-floored project. The Ground Floor will have commercial spaces. There will be a total of  16 apartments, four on each floor.  The three bedroom apartments will  measure 2010 sq ft to 2215 sq  ft. The  apartments offer generously proportioned spaces that emphasize on optimum space utilization and reflect stylish living. The interiors follow the modern trend of open and continuous spaces and natural lighting. The ground floor shopping spaces will  measure 2610 sq ft to 4590 sq ft.
