Land Links launches ‘Green Park Apartments’ project at Derebail Konchady

Mangalore, Dec 2, 2012: Green Park Apartments, a project by Land Links, one of the premiere real estate firms of the region, promoted by J Krishna Palemar, MLA and former minister, was launched at Land Links Township at Derebail Konchady in Mangalore. The foundation stone was laid by Gopalkrishna Shenoy and other chief guests.

Krishna Palemar, Pradeep Palemar, Sampath Kumar, Krishna Raj, Maheshchandra, Yogish Pai, Ananth Bhat and others were present on the occasion. Green Park Apartments Project has been launched to commemorate the completion of 32 fruitful years of Land Links and its stepping into 33rd year of operation.

Landlinks

The foundation for yet another project of Land Links named “Royal Palms” will be laid at Kodialguttu on December 7. The two projects will feature top class amenities and are located in picturesque surroundings.

As a pre-launch offer and also to mark its 33rd year of operation, Land Links is also offering a discount of Rs 600 per square feet on 20 apartments.
