Karnataka Bank business turnover crosses a record Rs. 50,000 Crore

Mangalore, Feb 17, 2012: Karnataka Bank, which is steadily recording significant progress has achieved another milestone. The bank is proud to announce that it has surpassed a business turnover of Rs 50,000 Crore. 

Managing Director,  P Jayaram Bhat, expressed gratitude to the bank’s valued customers, shareholders and well-wishers who had contributed to this achievement. He also complimented and expressed heartfelt thanks to the Board of Directors of the bank who had provided appropriate guidance and support for surpassing the said turnover. 

He added that the business turnover target for the financial year end is to cross
Rs 54,000 crore and expressed confidence that the bank will achieve this target with the concerted efforts of the committed staff members of the bank.
