Belthangady, Nov 8, 2013: Nearly 25 bus passengers suffered injuries when the KSRTC bus in which they were travelling collided against a tree at Nidigal near Dharmasthala on November 7, Thursday morning. The bus was on way to Dharmasthala from Kadar.
Sources said the driver of the bus lost control over the vehicle resulting in the mishap at around 6 am.
The bus driver Nagaraj and conductor Revanappa were among the injured. Four of the passengers who sustained serious injuries have been shifted to Wenlock Hospital in Mangalore. Belthangady police have registered a case.
