Ill-health drives young man to suicide on railway track

Kundapur, Sep 3, 2013 : A young man  has reportedly committed suicide by coming under a moving train on the railway tracks at Hattiangady here on September 2, Monday  evening. 

 

It is learnt frustration in life due to health problems had drove the youth to the extreme step.

The deceased has been identified as  Manjunath alias Mohammad (23) of Tekkatte. It has been learnt that  Manjunath who had married a  Muslim woman from Kenchanur  had later changed in name as Mohammad.

Sources said he worked in a textile shop while his wife worked in a mobile shop and that they had no such problems.  It is learnt,  Manjunath  had been suffering from chest pain since some time and was also depressed due to it. Manjunath had left home as usual for work on Monday morning, but his body was found on the railway track in the evening.

A death note found in the pockets said he himself was responsible for his death. Kundapur police are conducting the investigations.
