Foundation laid for Land Trades ‘Roopali’ at Bendorewell

Mangalore, Sept. 2, 2013: Land Trades, an ISO 9001:2000 certified well-known real estate firm of Mangalore has launched ‘Roopali’ a commercial cum residential complex at Bendorewell on September 1, Sunday. The foundation laying ceremony was held in the presence of several dignitaries. Nityananda Swamiji of Chikmagalur performed the rituals.

The project brochure was released on the occasion. Shrinath Hebbar, Managing Director of Land Trades, JR Lobo, MLA of Mangalore South, KC Naik, Chairman of Mahabaleshwara Promoters and Builders, Pushparaj Jain, Chairman of CREDAI-Mangalore and Abhish Builders, Shashidhar Hegde, Bhasker Moily, Ashok Kumar, Corporators, Sadananda Shetty of Sridevi Group of Institutions  and others were present.

The Project: Roopali is a seven floored project comprising  a total of 24  three bedroom (2225sq ft) and four bedroom (2730 sq ft)  flats  apart from two pent houses on  top floor. The  ground floor is a commercial complex.

Some of the special features are Video Door Phone, Terrace Gymnasium, multi-purpose hall, visitors lounge,  24 hour water and power supply and granite flooring for common areas.
