Mangalore Today News Network

Mangalore, May 15, 2012 : A group of angry people protested against the railway department for failing to open the Padil Railway Gate for a long time. They stood in the middle of the railway track and prevented trains from moving.

The gatekeeper closed the gate at 7:30 p.m. so that a train could pass, but he did not open it for a long time after the train passed. The line of vehicles waiting to pass through the gate became longer and longer, and a group of angry people crowded around the gate. Finally, the gatekeeper emerged to open the gate at 7:50 p.m.
