Belthangady, Nov 19, 2013 : Defamation suits have been filed in a court here on November 18, Monday against a total of nine persons including the parents of Sowjanya, her uncle and Prajaprabhutva Vedike President who are fighting for justice in the Sowjanya rape and murder case.
The defamation suits have been filed separately by Dheeraj Kella, Uday Jain and Mallik Jain who have been named accused in the case.
