Mangalore, Sep 11, 2013 : The hearing into the cyanide killer Mohan Kumar case scheduled to be held in a court in Mangalore on September 10, Tuesday had to be postponed to September 30 as Mohan Kumar could not be produced due to non-availability of escort vehicle.
The court was supposed to hear two main witnesses in the case.
Except for two witnesses, so far the court has heard all other witnesses in the case of Anitha of Barimar, Leela of Vamadapadavu and Sunanda of Peraje.
The two main witnesses namely Mohammad, a cyanide trader and Rajesh, an employee in the shop of Mohammad had arrived on Tuesday but of no avail as Mohan Kumar was not produced before the court for want of escort vehicle.
Of the several cases against Mohan Kumar, the hearing in three cases is in final stages.
