City keenly awaiting Ice cream Premier League on May 12

Mangalore, May 11, 2013: The lighter version of IPL-The Ice cream Premier League will be organised at the Hangyo’s Icy Creamz at Bendorewell on May 12 under the aegis of The 3 Hungry Men, the food review body.
Nikhil Pai, one of The 3 Hungry Men informed that IPL would witness some fierce competition from ice cream eaters and the winning team will walk away with IPL tickets.
There will be three challenging rounds and only 30 teams are eligible to take part. Teams are chosen on a first come first serve basis, said Colin D’Souza, another member of The 3 Hungry Men. Each team will have two entrants and will have to pay Rs 100 as an entry fee.
The vouchers worth Rs 100 will be issued to the teams and the same can be redeemed at Icy Creamz to take part in the contest. There will be no spot registration this time.
