Bellevision to hold Cute Kid Photo Contest

Mangalore, Aug 14, 2012 : Bellevision.com will organize the Bellevision Cute Kid Photo Contest, an online photo contest for people of Karnataka living all over the world.

 

 

Making the above announcement at a press meet held on August 13, Monday, H. M. Pernal, editor of Kittall.com, invited parents to submit unique photos of their children to win prizes. The contest will be held in two categories—0-2 years and 2-5 years, in two phases.

Bellevision will first accept online entries with two photos for each child starting September 30, 2012. A panel will then shortlist five contestants from each category, after which readers of Bellevision can vote for the cutest kid online. The kid who gets the largest number of votes and the largest number of points given by the panel will be declared as the winner in that category. The contestant who gets the largest number of votes will also get special prizes.

The winner of the first prize will get Rs. 20,000, the winner of the second prize will get Rs. 10,000, and the winner of the third prize will get Rs. 5,000. Besides, the organizers will give away 10 consolation prizes. The kid who gets the largest number of votes in each category will get a prize of Rs. 7,500 each.

The last date to register and submit photographs is October 10, 2012, and the names of 50 shortlisted contestants will be announced on October 15, 2012. The voting ends on Nov 10, 2012, and the final winners will be declared on November 14, 2012.
