88th Janma Nakshatra Samarambh of Sri Sudhindra Thirtha Swamiji held

Mangalore, April 26, 2013: The 88th Janma Nakshatra Samarambh of Shree Samsthan Kashi Mathadhipati H.H Shrimath Sudhindra Thirtha Swamiji was celebrated at at Sri Venkataramana Temple on April 26, Friday.

The programme started with the invocation and followed by ’Navagraha Dhanvantari Havan’ in the morning.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Later in the evening, Swamiji was brought to the stage with poornakumbha swagatha, accompanied by Chande. The large number of devotees who gathered at the temple, witnessed the Pada Puja performed to the Swamiji.

The devotees with their own wish handed over the gold to Swamiji, which will be used to make Gold palanquin for Lord Venkataramana, in return Swamiji blessed them and gave prasadam.

 Temple managing trustee C L Shenoy, praised the pontiff and gave a brief detail from his life and achievement from his childhood to the present life.

Dayanand Pai of Century group felicitated Swamiji on the occasion, in the presence of large number of devotees.

Swamiji thanked the devotees for rendering their service to god also delivered the benedictory speech on the occasion.

Madhav Kamath, Nityananda Nayak and others were present.
