After establishing what they call a direct link between the Patna blasts and those in the pilgrimage town of Bodh Gaya in Bihar three months apart, investigators now allege that orders for both operations came directly from Pakistan, where Riyaz Bhatkal, believed to be the founder of terror outfit Indian Mujahideen now lives.
