CJP Founder Demands Dharmendra Pradhan’s Resignation Over Exam Lapses

Mangalore Today News Network

Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, June 7, 2026: Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) founder Abhijeet Dipke on Sunday demanded the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, holding him accountable for alleged examination-related lapses, including the NEET-UG 2026 paper leak and issues in the CBSE on-screen marking (OSM) system.

Addressing a press conference a day after his newly formed party staged a protest at Jantar Mantar in New Delhi, Dipke said it was the responsibility of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to ensure accountability for the irregularities.

“If accountability is not being fixed, it is the Prime Minister’s responsibility to seek Dharmendra Pradhan’s resignation,” Dipke said, adding that examination failures were adversely affecting the country’s youth.

He asserted that the protest demonstrated that Gen Z was unafraid to speak out and stressed that citizens must question elected representatives rather than limiting political participation to voting once every five years.

Claiming that recurring paper leaks were a result of a lack of public scrutiny, Dipke said the agitation would continue until Pradhan stepped down. He also alleged that young people were being deprived of both employment opportunities and a fair examination system.

Expressing confidence in growing youth support for the movement, Dipke said discussions on the party’s future plans would be premature as the CJP was only 15 days old.
