Abu Dhabi, June 7, 2025: India’s former tennis star Sania Mirza will be the guest of honour at the International Day of Yoga (IDY) 2025 event to be held in Abu Dhabi this month, a spokesperson from the Indian Embassy told Gulf News.
The free-to-attend mega event, scheduled for June 21, will be organised by the embassy in collaboration with the Abu Dhabi Sports Council.
Sania has been living in Dubai since 2010. Over the years, she has inspired community members to adopt a healthy lifestyle through fitness and yoga.
