Young man from Bantwal dies in Riyadh road mishap

Bantwal, Jan 23, 2014: A young man hailing from Bantwal met a tragic end in a road mishap reported from Riyadh in Saudi Arabia on January20, Monday night. It is learnt, a speeding car knocked him down while he was crossing the road.
The deceased is Abdul Shameer(22) from Monthimarpadpu in Ira village of Bantwal taluk. He was working as a room boy for a private company at Riyadh.
Shameer had left for Riyadh just eleven months ago. He is survived by his parents Sulaiman and Haliamma and an elder brother Shafiyullah who works in Dubai.
