Mangalore, May 25, 2014: Victory is the buzz word all around for BJP over its Victory wave. Mangalore was a riot of colour, music and dance to celebrate the thumping victory of Nalin Kumar Kateel who was reelected MP with a record lead on BJP’s Modi tsunami to the Dakshina Kannda Parliamentary seat. The gala procession took a good part of Saturday pm May 24.

 

Addressing the participating BJP members, supporters and public, MP Nalin Kumar Kateel hailed, "This is the victory of BJP supporters and party workers who struggled hard for great success. This victory was possible because of their hard work and positive pro-action all along."  BJP district president Prathap Simha Nayak, former MLA Yogish Bhat,former minister Nagaraj Shetty, Ravishankar Mijar and many other prominent faces of the BJP graced the celebrations and insured its long lasting value.

The procession included Nasik bands, brass bands, and tableaux which attracted glee with  persons impersonating revered BJP leader and Prime Minister-elect Narendrabhai Modiji.The procession which took off at Pumpwell,through the Karavali circle, Balmatta, Hampankatte, Clock Tower, AB Shetty circle, Ganapathi High School Road, Car Street, New Chitra, Dongerkery, Navbharath circle and  PVS. The procession will reach its climax at the BJP office Kodialbail. It was a rare celebration with a lot of meaning and hope.
