Suratkal : Prime accused in Prakash murder case surrenders

Mangalore, Feb 21, 2014 :  The main accused in the recent case of murder of Prakash  near the NITK at Suratkal has surrendered at the Suratkal  Police Station on February 20, Thursday.

The accused identified as Naga alias Nagaraj (32) hailing from Kodikere was later arrested. It has been reliably learnt that he has even produced before the police the weapons used to execute the killing.

It may be recalled here that Prakash who was an accused in the Kodikere Shivaraj murder case was dragged out of a bus  and hacked to death right on the road  earlier in February. This murder was suspected to be in retaliation to Shivaraj murder case.

Already, three other accused in the Prakash murder case, including a juvenile have surrendered before the police. Now with even Naga surrendering, all the four accused in the case are behind bars.
