Mangaluru, April 15, 2024: Prime Minister Narendra Modi in a series of tweets has thanked people of Dakshina Kannada for participating in record numbers in his Road Show held in Mangaluru on April  14, Sunday.

 

Our Principle of good governance and protection and celebration of our ancient culture has been blessed by people for years. Our government has undertaken many developmental works in Dakshina Kannada district  over the years. The entrepreneurs of the region have benefited from our schemes, several projects initiated by us has helped in improving the standard of living. This include  the Kochi-Mangaluru pipeline and infrastructural development at airport and port, the PM said.

He further in his tweet accused the Congress government of indulging in factionalism and plundering public funds which, he alleged has hampered progress.
