Mangaluru: Woman rescued after accidentally falls into well

Mangaluru, April 12, 2024: A 58-year-old woman was rescued by Kadri fire station personnel after she fell into a well at her residence in Mangaluru on Thursday evening.
The incident occurred while she was drawing water for drinking use. With over eight feet of water in the well, the woman clung to the pump rope to avoid drowning.
Kadri Fire Station Assistant Officer Rajeev, Chief Fire Officer Chandrahas Salian, and their team conducted the rescue operation.
