Mangaluru, Dec 05, 2023: Due to water levels exceeding the danger level at Bridge No. 14, which connects Basin Bridge and Vyasarpadi in Chennai Division, train services have changed in the following ways for safety reasons:

 

CHANGE OF ORIGINATION OF TRAIN SERVICES

1. Train No. 12601 Dr. MGR Chennai Central - Mangaluru Central Chennai Mail Superfast Express journey commencing on 05.12.2023 from Dr. MGR Chennai Central will be originating from Tiruvallur station at 21.00 hrs on 05.12.2023. The train will be partially cancelled between Dr. MGR Chennai Central and Tiruvallur station.

2. Train No. 22651 Dr. MGR Chennai Central – Palakkad Junction Superfast Express journey commencing on 05.12.2023 from Dr. MGR Chennai Central will be originating from Chennai Beach station at 23.30 hrs on 05.12.2023 instead of Dr. MGR Chennai Central.

1. Train No. 22637 Dr. MGR Chennai Central – Mangaluru Central West Coast Superfast Express journey commencing on 05.12.2023 from Dr. MGR Chennai Central is fully cancelled.

2. Train No. 12685 Dr. MGR Chennai Central - Mangaluru Central Superfast Express journey commencing on 05.12.2023 from Dr. MGR Chennai Central is fully cancelled.

3. Train No. 22207 Dr. MGR Chennai Central - Thiruvananthapuram Central Superfast Express journey commencing on 05.12.2023 from Dr. MGR Chennai Central is fully cancelled.

4. Train No. 12695 Dr. MGR Chennai Central - Thiruvananthapuram Central Superfast Express journey commencing on 05.12.2023 from Dr. MGR Chennai Central is fully cancelled.
