SC grants conditional bail to Janardhana Reddy

Jan 20, 2015, Agencies: The Supreme Court today granted conditional bail to former Karnataka minister Janardhana Reddy in OMC mining scam.
Reddy has to give Rs. 10 lakh as a surety to the court. He also needs to submit his passport.
The Supreme Court has asked Reddy not to influence witnesses and has ordered him not to visit Ballari.
Reddy will be freed from the Parappana Agrahara jail on Wednesday, Jan 21.
The Hyderabad Special Court will pass the order after getting the copy of SC’s orders.
The court will order Reddy’s release after he fulfills SC’s conditions.
