Mangalore Feb 13: Notwithstanding the warn from Bhajarangadala not to release Sharukh Khan Starrer movie ‘My name is Khan’ in the city, the multiplex theatre in Bharath Mall at Lalbagh, screened the film My Name is Khan successfully, on Saturday 13.

 

 

 

 

Earlier, the district unit of Bhajaranga Dal urged the management of Big Cinemas not to screen the Sharukhan starrer ‘My name is Khan’. On Friday, the president of district unit of Bhajaranga Dal Sharan Pumpwell told that the demand would not be withdrawn till the actor apologized for some controversial remarks he made recently.

Apprehending about untoward activities at the cinema hall, A S Rao, Superintendent of police DK, has alerted all the police officials  and also deployed KSRP platoon to protect the cinema hall and the crowd.
