English Department of St Aloysius College organizes national conference

Mangalore, Jan 7: The English Department of St. Aloysius College will organize a 2-day national conference on “Nationality, Language, and Culture in the Present Literary Period” on Jan 8 – 9.

Over 150 professors of English from all over India will participate in this conference. Dr. Ravichandra, professor of English, Mysore University, will speak on how nationality, language, and culture have changed in today’s literary period and how it was before independence, said Fr. Swebert D’Silva, the principal of St. Aloysius College, during a press conference.  Prof Girish, Prof Nirmala Muliyil, and Dr. A Lourdusamy, the HOD of English were present during the press conference.

St. Aloysius College organizes conferences on English language, literature, and education annually.
