Woman dies, rider injured as bike hits divider near Natekal

Mangaluru, March 25, 2024: A woman who was pillion riding a bike lost her life while the rider sustained serious injuries when the two-wheeler went out of control of the rider and rammed into a divider near Natekal on Sunday.

The deceased is Srinidhi (29), a resident of Bondel and wife of Dikshith. Bike rider Yatish Devadiga, a relative of Srinidhi who was seriously injured  has been hospitalized. The two were returning after attending the house warming ceremony of a relative at Mudipu  when tragedy struck.

Mangaluru South Traffic Police have registered a case.
