The mall, comprising showrooms of indigenous and international products, is a joint venture of Prestige Group, Fiza Group and Capit Malls. Presently, Forum Mall is the largest in the city with a gross leasable area (GLA) of 6,50,000 sq ft. The Lotus Mall, which is coming up in Kulshekar is eventually to be the biggest in the coastal region with a GLA 8,25,000 sq ft.
