Sr. Sylvia in her presidential speech explained the meaning of Christmas and why Jesus Christ was born as a human being, eventhough He was God. She said that Jesus Christ is protecting and loving us. With this motto Srs. Of Charity works and helps the poor and downtrodden people. Jesus Christ has welcomed us those who carry the burden, so that He will lighten it and give us the peace of life. On the other hand we also should learn from Him to help each other and strive for peace. She stressed that we should live with brotherly feeling and enjoy Christmas which is nearing. She wished all of us peace and love of Christmas.

A cultural programme was organized by the Self Help Group giving the message of Christmas that we should help each other those who are in need.  A dance was also performed giving the meaning of togetherness, followed by Christmas Song.

Celine compared the programme and Evelyn gave vote of thanks.
