Road mishap at Adyarkatte claims woman’s life ; couple injured

Mangaluru, Sep 14, 2020: A woman who was crossing the road was fatally knocked down by a bike at Adyarkatte on September 14, Monday. The deceased has been identified as Malathi (48). She was a resident of Alape Padil.
It is learnt, the mishap took place when the woman after alighting from a bus was crossing the road. Though the critically injured woman was immediately rushed to the hospital her life could not be saved. The bullet bike rider Wilfred and his wife who was pillion riding the bike were also injured in the mishap.
The bike was proceeding towards Mangaluru from Farangipete when the mishap took place.
Nagori police have registered a case.
