Ratan Tata in Udupi: Inaugurates Welcome Arch of Puttige Mutt

Udupi, Feb 11, 2014: The Puttige Mutt of Udupi had the honour of playing host to one of India’s leading businessman none other than Ratan Tata, the Chairman Emeritus of the Tata Group. Ratan Tata visited Udupi on February 10, Monday on an invitation from Sri Sugunendra Theertha Swamiji of Puttige Mutt.
During the course of his visit Ratan Tata also inaugurated the welcome arch of Puttige Mutt and said he was indeed blessed to visit the Temple town and seek the blessings of Lord Krishna.
Sri Sugunendra Theertha Swamiji of Puttige Mutt, said the younger generation need to derive inspiration from the life and achievements of Ratan Tata. The seer also wished every success in all endeavours of Ratan Tata.
Dr Ramdas Pai, President of Manipal Group, Dr Mohan Alva, Chairman of Alva’s Education Foundation. Bhasker, Titan Group President and others were present.
