Plans to deploy paramilitary forces in Kalladka till LS polls :DC

Mangalore, April 12, 2013 : There are plans to station paramilitary forces in the sensitive town of Kalladka until the Lok Sabha elections are over, in the backdrop of the recent untoward incident, said Deputy Commissioner AB Ibrahim.
Speaking to reporters on April 11, Friday, the Deputy Commissioner said he has visited the affected area and taken stock of the situation.
The situation is peaceful, the DC said adding that the Additional DC, Tahsildar and other officials are camping at the spot to oversee the situation.
The Deputy Commissioner also requested the public to maintain peace as such incidents will also affect election campaigning.
