Modi will become dictator if BJP comes to power: Poojary

Belthangady, April 12, 2014 : If the BJP comes to power, then they will make the nation a hell, said B Janardhana Poojary, the Congress candidate from Dakshina Kannada Lok Sabha  constituency.

Speaking to the media at Madanthyar where he campaigned throughout the day on April 11, Friday,  Poojary said that Gujarat CM and BJP PM candidate Narendra Modi by revealing his marital status in the  affidavit filed during filing nominations, has proved him (Poojary) right.

Poojary said the BJP  was desperate and it was owing to this reason that  Modi has finally declared his marital status. Repeating his earlier statement Poojary again questioned “How can Modi take care of the nation if he becomes the prime minister at a time when he cannot look after his very own wife?”

Poojary further said Modi by revealing his marital status now, has proved that he had lied in the past.  He also made a mockery of Modi for not  disclosing his wife’s assets in the affidavit. Stating that the Gujarat Model of Development boasted by Modi  and  the BJP was nothing but a lie, Poojary said  there is no point in believing their words.

Poojary also questioned Modi as to why he did not disclose his wife’s name in the past? He further said that “Modi will be a dictator if the BJP was elected to power.”
